Gravatar’s privacy statement is here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be visible to anyone in connection with your comment.

If you are uploading images to the site, you should avoid uploading images that contain information about the location taken (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and retrieve such information from images on the site.

6.1 (b) Necessity to process data to perform a contract
When you as a guest make a reservation with us, it must be considered that a contract is entered into between you and us. We consider that the contract terminates automatically when you have checked out of our property as a guest.
We must therefore have the opportunity to use the personal information for the following

  • Communication with you
  • History of which hotel you have stayed in and rooms
  • For cleaning your room
  • To be able to comply with fire regulations and for your safety.

6.1 (f) Legitimate Interests

You and we have several interests that must be safeguarded, and it is considered that we must process data to be able to perform the following tasks.

  • Keep history to be able to solve criminal acts
  • To comply with the Accounting Act
  • In order to offer you as a guest the best possible user experience and service.

We will not use your personal information for anything other than the purpose of your stay. Personal data that is considered high risk will be encrypted as soon as possible and is not in conflict with other laws.

How long we keep information about you

If you leave a comment, the comment and information about the comment will be stored indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize follow-up comments and approve them automatically instead of putting them in a queue where they have to be manually approved by an editor.

For users who register on this website (if this option exists), personal information that they provide in their user profile is also stored. All users can view, edit and delete their own personal information at any time (except username). The site administrators can also view and edit this information.
